Our cabin was very clean! Our technology issues were handled promptly and courteously. We should have opted for a larger cabin...our fault, not yours. We will know for next time.

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that the hot tub cover was in poor condition and it made it difficult to use the hot tub.

This was our second time renting a cabin with APG. Both experiences were GREAT! This time was very special since it was our first Anniversary and my husband was on leave from his deployment to Iraq. We had a great time. The cabin was spotless. It snowed the night/morning of our check-out and the staff was great in allowing us an extra hour to make sure the road down the mountain was drive-able. We plan on taking 3 or 4 more trips to the mountains thi s year and we will definitely be using Patriot Getaways for our stay. I'll also be telling all of our friends. We would definately stay with Patriot Getaways again, we really enjoyed our stay, and for the price and the discount we received it was unbelievable, It was really needed at a time like this when the economy is doing so poorly and people are not going on v acation because of gas prices but when there are offers like the one we had it makes vacation affordable again. The steep incline to the cabin was the only drawback. We have stayed on Bluff Mountain the last few times and would like to book another cabin in the fall closer to Gatlinburg. We spend a lot of time in the park.

This was my honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. From the fireplace to the hot tub to the view; everything was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back and will recommend the cabin to all our friends. We would like to let you know that we had a wonderful experience. The cabin was beautifully decorated and very clean. My 5 year old daughter was turning a light switch on and off one night, and she accidentally tripped a breaker, and we lost power to sev eral lights and the television. I called the office and someone came out very quickly to fix the problem. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who came out, but I had the chance to speak with him for a few minutes, and he was very friendly. My supe rvisor, Larry Bunn, has stayed in your cabins many times. When he found out I was planning a trip to Pigeon Forge, he highly recommended staying in one of your cabins.
